Through our partnership with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), Computer Guidance Corporation is pleased to offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for participation in Customer Connect 2025 sessions and training programs.
Each session has been audited to meet NASBA standards and is assigned a recommended number of CPE credits, along with its difficulty level and field of study. This information is provided in the detailed session descriptions within the program descriptions provided on this portal.

Program Levels
Each session is labeled with a program knowledge level, found in the session details:
-
Basic – Best for participants new to a subject or at staff/entry levels
-
Intermediate – For those with detailed knowledge in an area or mid-level professionals
-
Advanced – For individuals with in-depth mastery of the topic, often seasoned professionals
-
Overview – General review appropriate for all levels
-
Update – For professionals seeking the latest developments in a subject area
We recommend that participants have a basic understanding of eCMS applications for most sessions, and a deeper familiarity for intermediate and advanced sessions.
