Steven Gross (Computer Guidance Corporation)
Steven Gross is responsible for leading initiatives designed to maximize the effectiveness and utilization of Computer Guidance software applications at customer environments. As the Vice President of Client Solutions, Steven’s focus is on assisting Computer Guidance customers in realizing the highest levels of ROI from the Computer Guidance eCMS enterprise resource planning solution by delivering expert review and analysis of system usage, gap analysis, and best practices consulting.
Steven has over 30 years of experience working with and advising construction companies on successfully implementing accounting and project management systems. Steven was responsible for the initial development and leadership of the Professional Services organization at Computer Guidance, and has served in a number of management and sales positions throughout his career at Computer Guidance. Steven holds a BS degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University.
Darlene Moore (Computer Guidance Corporation)
In February 2024, Darlene joined Computer Guidance as the Client Success Consultant. Prior to that time, she enjoyed a long-term relationship with CGC as a customer that began in back in 1983. She began her career in the Construction industry in January 1977 as the Accounts Payable clerk at WIMCO Corp; a family-owned General Contractor, located in Washington, NC. During her time there, in addition to accounting, until they became a CGC Hosted customer in 2014, Darlene managed each IBM system used. Darlene successfully implemented each new or enhanced product that CGC offered that related to the applications that WIMCO was using. Darlene became the Executive Vice President of the entire organization during the last 15 years of her time at WIMCO and after 47 years; she retired in January 2024. Darlene has one daughter, a son-in-law, and one granddaughter, Destiny. She loves computers, reading, dancing, and working with people.
Jon Bruce (Computer Guidance Corporation)
Over 30 years experience with eCMS in roles as Consultant, User and Sales Engineer. Jon is a CPA with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems. He resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Jennifer Spragg (Computer Guidance Corporation)
Jennifer Spragg serves as the Customer Success Manager for Computer Guidance Corporation. With six years of experience in this role, she is dedicated to advocating for clients, identifying growth opportunities and continuously improving the customer experience. She enjoys creating lasting relationships, building trust and considers CGC clients and team members one big “work family.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four teenage children, golfing, traveling, playing sports, games or anything competitive. As an Arizona native, she graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and has a passion for lifelong learning in health and wellness.
James Carroll (Computer Guidance Corporation)
James directs the Application Software Support department in providing application problem solving to customers and serving as a liaison between the customer base and other Computer Guidance departments. James is a CPA with over 40 years of accounting experience, with 25 of those years working for Computer Guidance. His mix of experience at Computer Guidance, along with his tenured staff, gives customers the competitive edge to make them more successful.
Grant Cowles (Corpay)
During his 8 years at Corpay, Grant has specialized in helping construction finance teams improve their payment programs to prioritize efficiency, security, and financial savings. Grant has his J.D. from NYU School of Law, B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University, and lives in Denver with his wife Stephanie.
Fraser Gallop (Onware)
Fraser Gallop is the CEO of Onware with two decades of successful experience in working to activate data. He specializes in data architecture and regularly works with tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Fraser is a highly experienced Software Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals. Strong technical and business skills with an impressive track record of hands-on experience including business intelligence and analytics consulting, web and mobile software development, project management, and business development. He enjoys golf, travel, and has recently been playing with vintage electronics and gadgets in his spare time.
Chris Wright (INRS)
Chris offers his unique perspective to help clients succeed. With almost twenty years of technology experience, Chris has several certifications including Microsoft and Oracle, plus he is the recipient of numerous awards. He has experience in construction software sales since 2007.
New Orleans-born and raised, Chris is a lover of all things from the South, especially LSU and Saints sports and Cajun food. He has lived in Peoria, Arizona for twenty years. Chris is married, has one son, and two dogs. In his off hours, he enjoys country music concerts and performances at ASU Gammage Memorial Auditorium, loves the beach, and has coached youth football for several years.
If he looks familiar, Chris appeared on “The Price is Right” in 2020 and had a great time.
Shannon Gwyn (INRS)
Shannon Gwyn has worked implementations and supporting accounting since mid-1990s. One of her last positions was at a large construction company implementing software, integrating CGC, and collaborating with INRS Enterprises to create the data warehousing solution. She joined INRS Enterprises in 2022 as our Client Services Implementation Specialist.
Recognized as an expert in the construction technology world, Shannon earned the “Women in Construction Award” in 2018.
Shannon owes her entire career to fantasy football. Her husband ran a league before the internet was born. She developed a database to track and manage stats from newspapers, league manager notes, and other sources. This inspired Shannon to teach herself spreadsheets and databases to transfer the management of the league from dozens of notebooks to a streamlined database. From there, the love of technology to solve problems was born.
